Zen founded Be The Dream in 1988 as an avenue to promote holistic understanding in business and personal achievement.
He earned a Master of Business Administration in project management, a Master of Arts in Organizational Management, a Certification in Secondary Education, as well as Certifications as a Hypnotherapist and Transformational Life Coach.
Zen's areas of expertise include change management, process control / continuous improvement, organizational development, supply chain management, team building, strategic planning and of course - transformation.
He coaches and consults as a 'possibilities coagulator' for personal and professional clients, including AZ Department of Transportation and Federal Highways Administration road and bridge construction projects.
He currently teaches business plan writing classes and entrepreneurial support at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts.
An international presenter on holistic project planning, he has co-created a vision for a holistic model community serving at-risk youth, called Spectrum Academy.
He has experienced a plethora of personal and professional paths from his own quest for understanding of the connections between the Cosmos and community.
