Ranch Properties and Western Communities are designed specifically for those preferring larger lot sizes, peace, and privacy. Many homesites stretch over an acre, and there are even some that exceed over 20 acres. These communities are located within close proximity to I-95 and the Florida Turnpike.
Ranch Colony, located in Jupiter, is a community comprised of 5 different developments over 1500 acres and 257 homesites. There are a total of two golf courses and even a private airstrip.
Jupiter Farms is an equestrian community stretching 16.2 square miles and featuring large land parcels and a lot of space and privacy.
Caloosa, located in Palm Beach Gardens, consists of 310 homes and almost each home sits on an interior waterway. There are miles of riding paths for you and your horse.
