Current Postings Mike Condron is president and founder of MEJC Consulting, a Chicago-based counseling firm that handles strategic consulting, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. The company is focused on enhancing the local presence of health care advocacy companies and service firms throughout the Midwest. Michael Condron also serves as an executive-in-residence with Beecken Petty O’Keefe & Co., a Chicago-based private equity firm that invests in middle-market buy-out transactions, recapitalizations and growth platforms in the health care industry.
General Counsel for CorSolutions Mike Condron joined CorSolutions, Rosemont, Ill., as general counsel in 2002. Michael Condron was promoted to president and COO of CorSolutions in 2005 and served in that role and as a director through its merger with a competitor in January 2006. During his time at CorSolutions, Michael Condron advised the company on a range of business, operational and legal matters during a time of considerable corporate turnaround and growth. During this same period, Michael Condron was responsible for directing the sale of the company to a leading competitor for $445M representing over 11x EBITA.
Broad Legal Experience Prior to joining CorSolutions, Mike Condron served as senior associate at the law firm of Gardner, Carton & Douglas, where he worked as outside counsel to CorSolutions and other companies. Michael Condron’s litigation experience covers labor expansion and reduction, restrictive covenants, confidentiality agreements, non-solicitation of employees, executive compensation and severance contracts.
From 1998 to 2000, Michael Condron was an associate at the former Verner, Liipfert, Bernhard, McPherson & Hand (now DLA Piper) working in the Labor and Employment Department in Washington, D.C. In this role, he specialized in labor, litigation and legislative matters, completing collective bargaining, union election and labor and employment law matters. Prior to that, Michael Condron served as a litigation associate in the Labor and Employment Department of Pedersen & Houpt in Chicago, where he gained experience in commercial litigation and employment discrimination cases and appeared in hearings before the Illinois Department of Labor and Human Rights.
Education & Affiliations Mike Condron earned his J.D. with a concentration in business from the Northwestern University School of Law. Prior to that, Michael Condron earned a B.S. in finance and political science from the University of Illinois, graduating Cum Laude.
A man who gives generously of his time and skill, Michael Condron serves on the advisory and development board for St. Vincent de Paul Center, Chicago, a non-profit community outreach and early childhood development organization. Mike Condron also sits on the legal advisory board for the Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago, where he is a member of a 20-person group providing pro-bono legal, labor, compliance and strategic support to a non-profit human services organization.
Michael Condron is licensed to practice law in Illinois and the District of Columbia. He is also an active member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the American Health Lawyers Association.
