Carbon Credits International’s process begins with a comprehensive energy efficiency audit. Through Hans Johannes Schulte’s years of experience, Carbon Credits International is able to identify operational inefficiencies in existing systems and offer long-lasting solutions to energy problems. Furthermore, Carbon Credits International helps clients implement low cost energy solutions through a unique system called an ESPC (Energy Savings Performance Contract).
Through an ESPC, Carbon Credits International shares in its clients’ monthly energy savings. As clients save increasing amounts of money through the considerable energy efficiencies employed by Hans Johannes Schulte and his team, they are able to pay off the cost of the equipment installation. For potential clients, an ESPC holds great potential, since Carbon Credits International and Hans Schulte assume all the financial risk. If the energy efficiency solutions proposed in a client’s initial audit do not affect a positive change over time, they are not obligated to pay Carbon Credits International. Under Hans Schulte’s deft leadership, this scenario has never happened.
