Our team consists of myself, Shelia White, and my partner, Mark Johnson, with Waterfront Properties and Club Communities, and we would be happy to help you with your condo needs in the Stuart/Hutchinson Island area.
Martin County is nestled at the point where the Intracoastal Waterway and the St. Lucie River meet the Atlantic Ocean. Because of this feature, Martin County has more waterfront properties than most areas. The Gulf Stream cools temperatures in the summer and warms them in the winter, making our area a very desirable place in which to live.
Hutchinson Island is a favorite vacation spot to many, but only few have the pleasure of living there. Enjoy the river to the west and the ocean to the east. There are many exciting things to do on Hutchinson Island, including going to science museums, resorts, bars, beach parks, and sightseeing cruises.
The Stuart area is situated just north of Palm Beach. It exudes a small-town charm and relaxed feel that many enjoy year-round. By law, no buildings can be built over 4 stories. Stuart is known as the Sailfish Capital of the World, its waters harboring an abundance of sailfish, dolphin, manatees, pelicans, and other protected species. Fisherman and boaters come from all over to enjoy the ocean waves and sandy beaches.
