I would actually prefer to give them no stars! I had placed an order with this company back in July 07...they strung me along for months telling me that they were experiencing production problems and that my order would be sent out "soon". After over 3 months they finally told me that they thought it would be better to just cancel my order and refund my money. I waited 2 months for my refund which never showed...now they are avoiding my repeated contacts to set the matter right. I finally reported them to the better business bureau (i found out that i was not the first one to do this...several people had posted complaints for the same reason i had!) , i still have not heard any response from them...they are crooks as far as i'm concerned. What they do is nothing short of stealing! Do yourself a favor and don't ever do business with them!
