I called them on a friday, and told them the greenhouse gas tank was at 15%. They said they could not get out till monday sometime. Guess what, we ran out of gas in the green house. I called the 24 hour service, and he said he was in bed and was not coming. When I started to pled telling him we warned them this was going to happen. He said they could not come after 11:00PM, so much for their 24 hour emergency service. Suburban promises 24 hour and that it would not happen with them. I suggest we all cancle our contracts and find better service people.
