I left my weed trimmer for repair and was told it would take 2 weeks. I called in two weeks and they said it was going to take another. After 3 weeks I called to ask and was told that it was going to take 4. I asked if it would definately be ready. The lady took an attitude with me and told me that she would call me. There is no need to deal with a business that acts like they are the only option. My suggestion would be to take your repairs to someone that is professional rather than rude.
