The Mailroom was used to ship an antique childs bench to me (an ebay purchase). After repeated calls for weeks, they finally packed and shipped, but only wrapped it in bubble wrap, no box (as they claimed), and the piece was destroyed by FedEx ground. There was no insurance, as they so kindly didn't charge me for the shipping because they were so slow. So, now I am out of my antique piece and its cost and they haven't followed up with me or Fedex at all! If you want careful packing and quick shipping, DO NOT GO HERE! THESE PEOPLE ARE INCOMPETENT! THANKS FOR RUINING MY CHRISTMAS GIFT FOR 4 KIDS!!!!
