BEWARE> BEWARE I paid HUGE money for custom stairs. They cracked. The company repeatedly promised to fix them and did not. Now after a year of promises they are claiming it is too late. In their view their 50K custom stairs are not really expected to last more than a year or so. the other stairs in my home have been here for 100 years. They are fine. This group is all style no substance.
