I needed a new muffler installed on my truck and i had purchased a Flowmaster muffler specific to my truck. The new tailpipe required needed to be a bit bigger than the stock one. The main guy at Alta Muffler told me that my stock tailpipe was not going to fit...no kidding that's why I needed a muffler shop to hook up a standard size tailpipe to the end of my muffler. Well he told me I was an "idiot" and that "no one else can help idiots like you." I said fine I will take my business else where and tell people how you treat you potential customers. He said fine and to "suck em all off while your at it," along with some other choice cuss words. I was very displeased with how I was treated that they didn't even want to help me. I went to Custom Muffler down the street and had no problem with the installation!
