Ive been going to carlas for nearly 40 years. Since i was a small child. We would always go there for crabs. She only sells what is fresh from the boat that day. She makes the best smoked salmon ive ever tried.Her success comes from using the best salmon or oysters or fish available. She uses only cold water pacific ocean salmon. no river or estuary catch. She uses quality smoker wood and keeps it simple and lets the quality of the product do the talking. it is awesome!! We love you karla!!! dont ever retitre!!!
