I'm in agreement about the service being terrible. I don't know much about bikes, and I went in to ask some questions. The owner was arrogant and rude, and I got the impression that I was not welcome in the business. So, I left. I've found other places at which to conduct my business, and I feel welcome and respected. I purchase a bike every few years, and if someone doesn't want my money I'm not going to give it to them. Lord knows there are plenty of people who DO want my money.
