I first met Matt during my first onsite consultation meeting with the iKarma crew; coming from Orlando, it's a three-hour drive down to Jupiter and even the most comfortable car gets cramped after that time. Paul and Scott had told me that they had their own chef on staff, which amused me to no end, but I'm telling you.. after three hours on the Florida Turnpike, that Crusted Grouper was delicious and welcome! Great chef, nice guy; I'm looking forward to my next trip down, just to see what he can do with chicken. :)
