Long before the formation of iKarma, I worked with Andrew on the design and implementation of Tripnosis.com. As the lead developer for Tripnosis, Andrew showed that his skills were far in advance of his title. He acted as an amazing manager and his work ethic was impeccable. While Tripnosis gathered a user base close to one million, it went the way of many of the other P2P networks of the time and went out of business. However, I never lost contact with Andrew as I knew he’d be a valuable asset in the future.

When we decided to form iKarma, the first person I called was Andrew. I knew his development skills and hard working nature would be valuable resources in the creation of iKarma. Obviously, Andrew did not let me down. We immediately moved him to the position of Chief Architect and allowed him to begin the process of creating the system. As the development process continued it became immediately obvious that Andrew was the best choice we could have made. He was able to steer the development exactly where it needed to go.

His ability to adapt to our rigorous barrage of changes, additions and design updates far exceeded our expectations. That said, if he felt we were heading down the wrong path, he would be the first person to stand up and fully explain what we were doing wrong. I can only imagine the extra months of development that would have occurred without someone with his knowledge.

iKarma owes a great deal of its existence to the long hours and brilliant mind of Andrew.
