Review #77
Rob is the kind of friend you wish you had more of. There is a depth of character in him that is rare these days. His wit coupled with his vast knowledge of practically anything insures a lively conversation. Every time we chat, I actually get a bit of knowledge. It’s amazing to have a friend who actually makes you feel smarter just by talking with them. How many people do you know that can affect you this way? I can only name two.
Professionally, Rob’s my only choice for copywriting or consulting. The single most amazing thing about Rob is the covert depth of his abilities. I’d have to compare him to a large iceberg. What most clients see are his sizeable “surface” skills. What they don’t see is the immense amount of “below the surface’ knowledge he utilizes when working with clients. Those clients, that are savvy enough to utilize all his skills, literally create “Titanic” results for their competitors. You won’t hear about any of this from Rob. To him it’s just an honest day’s work. Every day. Every client. No exceptions.
There is one thing I would change if possible: the physical distance between us. Traveling nine hundred miles is a bit of stretch to just drop in and go have a cup of coffee or lunch. It is possible though. Having a friend like Rob makes the trip well worth it.
