Carianne Sica is a wonderful Pilates instructor. She gives excellent clues for isolating the core. Her sessions are always informative and fun. I have always had problems with my back and posture, which nothing else seemed to help. Carianne's teaching has greatly improved my situation and quality of life. I highly recommend her!
