Our PR team took on Phillippe Borremans for a profound introduction to the phenomena of blogging and RSS. We enjoyed the time we spent with Phillippe, especially because he has an in-depth knowledge and is very passionate about the subject. Because we were mostly interested in the usability of blogging and RSS for communication professionals, this was also the focus of his introduction. We must honestly admit, we had ample questions already about blogging, and so time passed by. This way we spent to much time on blogging and didn't keep enough time to go deeper into the use of RSS. Which was something unfortunate, because we actually did feel RSS to be something quite necessary, especially because of the enormous possibilities it has for media tracking.
