I agree with everything Anthony said in his review but I would like to add the following:

Dave will also make proctive suggestions for your project that are in the best interest of your business or organization. When he does this, it is because he sincerely knows it will work for your situation.

For example, he suggested a feature on my site to save me from bandwidth abuse and it's worked well. He suggested SEO optimization for a friend of mine's site that he did and it has helped her visibility online tremendously.

So... you can view Dave as a consultant as well as an excellent technician. I strongly recommend his services.
