Prior to selecting a real estate firm to affiliate myself with I did quite a bit of research to find the right broker. I was intrigued by Endeavor Realty's web site and further impressed with the firm when I met Evan Kane the founding and managing broker.

Evan presents a fresh approach to real estate. His primary focus is on client satisfaction. Evan uses his technical expertise and strong communication skills to fully serve his clients. Most importantly Evan takes pride in meeting and exceeding the expectations of his buyers and sellers. Endeavor Realty backs up the claim of excellent client service through implementing a merit based compensation package for agents. Only if the client is completely satisfied does the agent receive the full amount of their commission. This policy more closely aligns the goals of the client and the agent.

Since working with Endeavor Realty, my expectations of Evan as a managing broker have continued to be met or exceeded. He takes his role as mentor quite seriously. It is also obvious he does not take his broker responsiblities lightly. Since he is responsible for the agents in his firm, he looks for the best staff and works diligently towards increasing their skills.

I fully expect to remain a part of the Endeavor team as we continue to grow and excel in the Chicago real estate market.
