WOrking with Endeavor Reality was an excellent experience.
We were looking to buy a condo in Chicago, while living in another city. Evan,our agent, started by emailing us MLS links (with pictures and maps)of possible places. This turned out to be a really efficient way for us to narrow down choices.
Then over a couple of visits, he drove us around different neighbourhoods so we could get "the feel". He was great at sensing what we really wanted in our home...even though it was hard to express in words. He picked places to see based on what he thought we would like.
He also steered us away from those he considered unwise choices.
When it finally came down to making an offer, he was helpful but not pushy.
The closing was stress free as he took care of most of the paperwork.
I would recommend Endeavor Realty highly. They are easy to work with, have a wonderful website and most important, know what they are doing.
