Endeavor has been a great service. I am constantly searching for bargain basement properties. This makes me the type of customer that most realtors don't want to do business with. Paco, however, is always eager to assist me. He returns my phone calls immediately with the property information - such as comparable market analyses; information about the seller; etc. I would recommend Endeavor & Paco to anyone seeking professional realtor service.
