Evan Kane not only helped us find our current home, but he helped us clarify/identify what kind of house we were looking for in the first place, and what neighborhoods we might want to consider. His honesty and concern for OUR needs and wants kept us from wasting time looking at houses that wouldn't have been viable considerations.

As a seller's agent, I think Evan's approach made potential buyers more comfortable. I'd say that Evan didn't "sell" our condo as much as he "facilitated the sale" of the condo in a very relaxed, non-pushy manner - being available to answer questions without being intrusive while the buyer browsed the house.

As much as I dread the prospect of moving again in a few years, I have no doubt that Evan Kane will be our realtor when the time comes.
