My father has always told me to shop around so in the process of home buying, I decided to shop around for a mortgage broker. I had spoken with several brokers during the process but when I spoke with Ken Cook I immediately sensed that he had my best interest in mind. Being a new home buyer is scary. There is a lot to the process but Ken was patient with me and explained everything as it unfolded. Unfortunately there where some set backs along the way that were beyond anyone's control, and I was impressed with Ken's diligence in finding an excellent rate and moving my file through underwriting as quickly as possible. Considering my circumstances, Ken certainly went above and beyond to make my first home-buying experience a good one. Thanks Ken and Novation mortgage!
