Frustrated with my realtors choice of a mortgage banker, I began searching on my own. I didn't have a large sum of money to put down and didn't have excellent credit. I was being steered away from HUDs $100 Down Program and was being advised to put 5% down. I took matters in my own hands and began searching for lenders who were successful with HUDs program and luckily came across Novation Mortgage. The moment I spoke to Ken, I knew I had the right guy. He explained everything to me and assured we'd get to closing. Throughout the whole process, I felt we were a team. We ran into a couple of bumps but Ken kept pressing on, keeping me encouraged. I never lost hope that we'd close on my house. Ken and Myra attended my closing on April 24. I've been in my new home for a couple of months and absolutely love it. I've recommended a couple of friends and family to use Ken.
