Only a real "mom and pop shop" would called to confirm I wanted some with trim and some without. I did not! Thanks for PREVENTING a mishap. I don't think www.LifeTheUniverse&EverythingSuperMegaClearanceCenter.com would have thought about my order, much less contacted me about it. It's very reassuring to know there's a real Al and a real Marcia on the other end of the phone.
