Worst print shop I've tried using

Unfortunately there isn't a no-star rating for this place. The location= sketchy. Their staff= rude. I went to them with a small job which they said they could do in a matter of 4 days. 4 days turned into a week, a week turned into 11 days. When it was finally done it was incorrect. This after giving specific measurements, instructions and even a finished prototype of the project. The guys who worked on the project actually yelled at me over the phone when I began to ask him what went wrong. Here's the kicker, after talking with the manager and proving that they were responsible for the mistakes, he didn't refund our deposit. The good news is I got the job done with another print shop. Not only did the other print shop do the job correctly with less information than requested from "Copan", they did it faster, cheaper and were WAY nicer. It is safe to say that I will never recommend or have anything attempted there again!
