I would like to commend Steve of AmericanDebtEnders for the great service he offered during my initial consultation with him. He described the different alternative solutions available to me in a thorough, compassionate and understandable manner.

He helped make a very difficult situation bearable, and I appreciate all the time he took talking to me during the very stressful situation when I fell way behind on both my credit card and mortgage payments.

I felt like an individual talking with him, and that he was concerned with my needs as I worked on a solution. It seems to me, that he has a very difficult job that requires that he remain both professional and compassionate.

Steve of AmericanDebtEnders has given customer service a different and better name.

His blog is always informative and interesting, and many entries have helped me personally.

I chose to work with the Alternative Debt Relief program which he offers, and have been very happy with the results so far.

The stress has been lifted from my shoulders and I can sleep again!

Thank you, Steve, for helping me in seeing all the options available to me at the time I most need counseling.
