I have had, over the years, 3 or 4 different coaches for various reasons. None of them have ever made me feel as enthused as Susie does. I choose the word 'enthused', because it is so much more descriptive of how I feel after a conversation with Susie than 'motivated'.
When I am talking with her, I never feel as though I am going through a process called 'coaching' & she never asks how committed I am to something on a scale of 1-10, which I have always hated.
A conversation with Susie is exactly that. A conversation with someone who is genuinely interested in your wellbeing & success, & never makes you feel as though you 'ought' to do something just because you are having coaching. It's like having a conversation with a friend, but a friend with a bit more wisdom & knowledge & ione who has a much better perspective of your life than you do yourself.
I love the fact that she is as enthusiastic about my ideas & the progress I make as I am, that she has so much experience to call on & share with me & that she keeps me in line from time to time.
I could not have asked for a better coach (& mentor) to work with me as I get my business up & running.
