This is the second time that I ordered from Olde Worlde Lace. The first time the curtains came quickly without a hitch. They were beautiful! The second time I ordered 3 valances, one arrived slightly different in shade and length. I called and spoke to Al, who was very kind and courteous. I just wanted to know if it was possible to get a third valance that would match the other two similar ones. You must understand that most people would not have even noticed the slight variation. Al said he would send 3 more from the same lot # if he could. He also sent me an envelope with postage on it to return the original three. In no time at all the 3 replacements arrived. They passed my "perfectionist" inspection. I folded the first 3 into the enclosed envelope and sent them back to Olde World Lace. I would order from them again and encourage anyone hesitant to order online to go with this company! They are great!
