In the last few days I have been in contact with the iKarma team and in particular Paul. Every time I submit a bug or support request he has been very prompt with his response and each response had been right on target. One of the best traits I have seen from Paul Williams is his great sense of humor in this rollout of iKarma. As I mention in an email to him I find this trait is very rare from my viewpoint in an executive. Thank you for all of the hard work you and the whole iKarma team have put into this application.
