I consider Jim Pickett to be one of my most valuable resources for my business. Jim has a unique insight into business and understanding people. He taught me that no matter what your business, it is imperative to spend time efficiently, but also spend it on high value activities and that assessing and understanding what the central money making activities of my business was key. He is adamant about opportunity cost; what else could you be doing with your time and money and that when you choose to do something, you choose not to do something else and that success in anything is about planning, preparation and an absolute focus on the end result. I value his excellent advice and counsel. He is honest and straight forward and I could not give him a higher recommendation.
