I wish I had read the reviews before.... After answering a Craiglists ad and paying $200 because Brooke (the agent) represented that they were a "pre-screening agency for landlords". I looked at their listings and I too realized they were the same listings I was getting elsewhere for free on the Internet. I tried to cancel within 24 hours by writing a letter for a refund (as they instructed) and I never received it. I repeatedly tried to email and call, and they have NOT responded at all. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM.
