I come right in behind some strong support for TechCrunch. As a die hard researcher on "what is new and cool" on the web, I have to say that Micheal (and Keith) have the knack for just being on top it it day in and day out. He has created a one-stop-shop for anything and everything 'web 2.0' - The reviews they give are always concise, and eye-opening, and I know that iKarma appreciates the feedback we have gotten from the TechCrunch team. If keeping up on what is 'new and happening' in the web-world is important to you, make sure you add TechCrunch to your Feed or Bookmarks.
