Steve is an insightful art professional, and he compliments that with a pleasant personality that is genuine. He has the ability to reach down deep inside himself -- and, indeed, into human nature itself -- and express the struggles and joys he finds there. An art lover once came to me, pointed to one of Steve's sculptures, and said, "That one just grips a person's heart and demands some thought." It seems to be a good summary for Steve's body of work, his work ethic, and his perspectives on life.
