Cheryl Solomon was an excellent realtor for our family. She made herself very available and easy to reach during the sale of our family home. She helped us prepare our property for sale and gave us good advice for it's market value. She has a wonderful sense of humor and a great personallity and was very easy to deal with and extremely reliable. We certainly enjoyed our dealings with her.

Our home was valued appropriately and sold realtively quickly with a few open houses. We were very pleased with the outcome and have called on her several times since to look at some condo properties for a family member. She has been very responsive and eager to help us find a property. Our relative is not ready to move at this time. We highly recommend Cheryl whenever we hear of a friend who is thinking of selling their property and buying a new home. Cheryl knows the market very well and we have alot of confidence in her selling skills. She is an excellent realtor.
