We recently hired Miki to help our association think through the process of certification. She was terrific. Her skillful facilitation of our retreat on certification, as well as the development of a solid report for the Board, lead us to make a great decision. I found her easy to work with and very comprehesive. Having her on our team was very reassuring to our more skeptical board members.
