I manage a certification program that requires an annual review of the items (questions) that will appear on the examination given to candidates interested in becoming certified. Mickie Rops is always the central figure at these item writing meetings. Not only does she bring a vast understanding of the psychometric evaluation processes, she also has the ability to quickly grasp the content of the our industry's knowledge areas and furthermore brings the necessary leadership skills to the meeting to help motivate the item writers to success.

Mickie is the key in training my committee/staff members and content experts on how to write objective, accurate and complete questions for my certification program.
