BAD, BAD, BAD people! They give you a handful of teaser listings, then disappear from view. After taking the initial $200 charge (and giving me apt. listings for which the phrase "hell hole" is too complimentary), they made a random $20 charge to my card. I called to demand a refund, which they of course promised, and later found out that, after not making the refund, they took an ADDITIONAL charge from my card of $45! Unsurprisingly, they're now missing in action and totally unreachable.

This kind of thing is scary and so common in this real estate-crazed city. PLEASE AVOID ALL LISTINGS SERVICES!! They seem so tempting with their great-looking apartments, but it's never the read deal. Chances are, if it looks too good to be true, it is!
