We hired Beth to sell our house in a very bad market - the worst since the depression we have read. She sold it in two weeks! She was extremely ethical and honest - covered all the bases with us up front and we had no problem with the $250 NON-REFUNDABLE fee she required at the time we signed her up. She returned phone calls and emails promptly, communicated with the buyer's agent in a decisive and timely fashion and displayed a highly professional work ethic. We are very pleased with her work and would highly recommend her to anyone who is even thinking about selling or buying a property. She was a pleasure to work with.
