Paul was friendly and helpful on the phone but even more in person! He and Sam showed up on time to take down my table, explained what they were doing along the way, and loaded the table into my truck so that I could take it to my son in LA. I felt good about the table being secured for the trip. Paul then referred me to someone, Mike at LBC Billards, so that I could have the table set up at my son's home in LA. Everything went as planned. My son and I couldn't be happier with how well it all went.
