Stay away for the following reasons (1) you can NEVER reach a real person on their 1 phone line, and their billing and accounting dept is automatically "unavailable" without even an answering machine (2) even if you go to their offices, the person you're looking for won't be "in at the moment", as the address is just a fancy location for a cubicle warehouse of similar small-businesses (I've been there, and it looks like they just rent 2-3 small office rooms, essentially) (3) they have charged me and people I know repeatedly, months after the one-time $200 fee (4) their listings, like all other no-fee brokers' listings, are recycled from a database. Hope this saves some of you the time, effort, and money.
