Fast Value is abosolutly the worst appraisal company in the state of Washington and Oregon. If you are looking for a Fraudulant appraisal Fast Value is the place to go. I personally have inspected properties appraised by this company in which the appraiser failed to note in the report the the home was completly gutted to the studs and had no occupancy permit, like I said this is your man if you are looking for an appraiser who will overlook anything and everything, on another report the subject property was in a state of disrepair with a leaking roof , broken windows, no gutters ect you get the picture, again Phil came through and over looked everything, Yeap the money is where its at for this guy, he's more than a hooker but $1000.00 will get ya what ya want. Complaints have been filed but the state still does nothing but in time you will be caught!!
