Lynn was a lifesaver when we were relocating to Charlotte from West Texas. We had very limited time to find a house, close, and get set up before I had to begin work. In the space of three days Lynn showed us (or drove by) over 120 properties, all within our price range. Her expertise allowed her to hone in on our specific needs and to find us (and contract ) that perfect property within those three days. Lynn helped us further by coordinating the efforts of several parties (insurance, inspectors, attorney, mortgage co., etc.) so that we could close in 15 days. Thanks to her we were able to have a smooth and uneventful move!
