As a former staff member of Fast Value I have first hand knowledge of their business practices. A great many of their appraisals push the value to what ever the client wishes. During the course of my employement I was asked a majority of the time to increase the value and to use comparable sales of homes that were outside the subject's market area just to make the client happy. They also use unlicensed persons to complete "comp checks" without any oversight. Any lender that uses an appraisal from this company is asking for trouble.
