As stressful as the experience of purchasing property can be, I can honestly say I was relieved after enlisting the help of W.A.D Services. Everyone was highly knowledgable and seemed to have a vested interest in saving me time and money. Most importantly, the broker was very upfront with the associated costs and steps involved. The actual closing costs matched the estimated costs nearly down to the penny. I doubt you will experience more quick and personal service with any other organization.
