Jim Gras is truly an amazing person and mentor. I joined the Mentors in Motion Xooma team with Jim and I know I won't be looking back. Although I've only been on the team for a few months now, the mentoring and training that I have received from Jim is exceptional. His guidance is a wonderful education for me. Not only does he lead our whole team, he mentors on a personal level also which means alot.. I look forward to working with, and even more important, learning from Jim everyday!
