In 2006, after several attempts experiencing numerous detours in finding a lender for the expansion of my business, I was directed to Mr. Coppinger and W.A.D. Services as a last resort before giving up altogether. Not only did Robert help me find a lender, he was candid about my options, set practical expectations and was meticulous in following up to ensure every detail was complete. With the help of W.A.D., I am looking towards a third location in 2008 and will call Robert and his team when planning to purchase a home early next year. W.A.D. Services went from my being a last resort to my first option for all my financial needs thanks to Robert and his team.
