I have now worked with Mr. Coppinger on a very large real estate deal in Texas. This deal involved residential housing with an inexperienced builder, not exactly what the banks are looking for. Rob went the extra mile. He helped me put together a cohesive and professional submission to the bank. He seemed to know exactly what the banks required, and was able to advise me step-by-step as to what was needed by the banks, and what was expected of me. Unltimately, Robert was able to procure a loan for my construction project. Not only would I continue to utilize Robert's skills for my own business ventures, but I would refer him to anyone in need of financing to help build their dreams.
