We are evidently 2nd cousins - my Dad being Dale Pefferkorn - youngest child of Allie and Elmo.
I live in Opelousas - 46 - have 2 girls (17 and 18). I reside in Opelousas and have been there by entire life.
Curious on what food service industry you worked for in Houston as I work for Lou Ana Foods currently known as Ventura Foods now - have been there for 27 years.

Comment Thank you! I worked for Wendy's in Houston, fast food, really, but I was an assistant manager, if that makes any difference. Before that, though, I worked for a nice restuarant here in Louisiana called Tin Lizzy's Landin' with a couple of dynamite chefs.
